The Vision is looking for more bodies for the pile
So, WWE is out here trying to build a new faction powerhouse, and they want more heads on the roster than a clearance sale at a Spirit Halloween. The word on the street is that the brass is looking to expand The Vision beyond the current roster, with Maxxine Dupri already being the name everyone is whispering about in the hallways.
Since this group crawled out of the creative womb in April 2025, they have been struggling to find their footing. You don't just throw people together and expect them to become the next Evolution or NWO without some serious seasoning.
The move for Maxxine Dupri is a total wild card
Bringing in Dupri feels like a move to give the group some much-needed television pop. Let’s be real, managing the optics of a stable is half the battle in this business.
If you look at the recent reports on The Vision, it’s clear they think power in numbers is the path forward. It’s hard to ignore that adding too many cooks to the kitchen usually ends with someone getting hit in the face with a skillet.
Creative needs to stop playing musical chairs
My biggest gripe here? They are pushing for bulk when they should be pushing for chemistry. I have seen enough stables die because they turned into a glorified high school social club where nobody actually does anything of note in the ring.
When was the last time a generic six-man or eight-man faction actually moved the needle without a clear leader to anchor the chaos? The Vision needs a concrete identity, not just a bunch of bodies holding title belts or standing around looking menacing during a commercial break.
Is this just booking filler for the summer?
We are sitting in late May, and the creative team knows the summer crowds are fickle. Maybe they think stuffing the stable will distract us from the fact that some of these guys couldn't cut a promo to save their lives.
I want to see actual character progression instead of just adding a new member to keep them relevant. If they add three more people and none of them can sell a clothesline or tell a story, what was the point?
We are currently at a point where the roster depth is testing the booking team's ability to keep everyone relevant. Adding members to an already shaky faction feels like a desperate play to keep the segments from hitting a wall. If Maxxine Dupri joins the crew, the group needs to actually start winning something that matters instead of just milling about in the mid-card doldrums.
