I feel like we don't do any of that anymore, because you pointed out perfectly. There always had to be a reason why the heel if the heels were going to outnumber the baby faces and get the advantage. It had to make sense.
I think the problem is all the baby faces suck these days because all we ever see with the baby faces is them getting their asses kicked constantly for heat and they never feel tough.
