Refereeing/NXT controversy
The referee for the match, the initial referee, was not in distress, is where I have the problem. If he was in distress, and then the other referee took it upon himself to enter the ring to help finish the match, then I could understand going through that finish.
NXT main event controversy
If you're going to talk about execution, I guess they did a good job because not only did the referee not see the tap, but Kendall Gray also tapped, but the referee didn't see it.
If you're going to go by, 'well he's the head referee, he saw it,' then Lola Vice won the match because Kendall Gray tapped before the three count, but then he has to step in all the time now.
NXT booking/storyline
I love Shawn Michaels coming down. I loved the controversy. I loved all of it. The crowd at first was kind of stunned. But at the end, they were going off with chaos is what you want.
Refereeing history
I am the first referee, I believe in history, to ever use an instant replay in a match.
NXT Stand and Deliver contenders match
Kendall Gray and Lola Vice killed it last night. I thought the match was absolutely incredible.
Wrestling booking/Refereeing
I'd fine and demote the referee who got involved, or even go old school and say, you know, I know they don't do time limits anymore in the WWE, but saying like TV time remaining or something like that where there is no clear finish.
Wrestling booking philosophy
I'm not a big fan of the four-ways and the triple threats when it's significant matches, especially for a major championship. I prefer the one-on-one championship.
