NXT Rising Stars
Class of 2026
The next generation of WWE superstars is ready to break through. These eight NXT talents have the tools, the character, and the work rate to become main-roster mainstays.
The NXT Pipeline — WWE’s Talent Factory
WWE NXT has been the developmental system that launched the careers of Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and dozens more. In 2026, a new class is emerging — athletes who have learned their craft in the Performance Center and are ready for the primetime spotlight.
The class of 2026 is particularly deep: an NXT Women’s Champion who could be the face of Raw’s women’s division within a year, a high-flyer who’s being called the next Ricochet, and a charismatic faction leader who would slot perfectly into SmackDown’s mid-card. This is your guide to all of them.
NXT Class of 2026 — Star Profiles
Eight talent profiles with breakout potential ratings, signature moves, and character breakdowns.
Roxanne Perez
NXT Women’s Champion
The most complete package in NXT. Roxanne Perez debuted as a barely-known indie talent and has developed into an elite wrestler with a mastered character — the former prodigy who turned to manipulation and deception to stay on top. Her in-ring psychology is years ahead of her experience level, and her Pop Rox finisher (cutter from the second rope) is one of the most crisp moves in NXT history.
Signature Move
Pop Rox (Cutter)
Character
Manipulative Heel
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: Raw 2026 — positioned as the "next Sasha Banks"
Je’Von Evans
NXT Superstar
Je’Von Evans has the most natural athletic ability of any NXT roster member in recent memory. At just 20 years old, he executes springboards, moonsaults, and 450 splashes with the casual ease of someone who has been doing it for decades. His debut pop from the NXT crowd was enormous, and he has lived up to the hype. If WWE can build the right character around his athletics, Evans is a future main-event player.
Signature Move
450 Splash / SSP
Style
Aerial / Explosive
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: SmackDown 2026 — mid-card babyface, potential IC title programme
Kelani Jordan
Former NXT Women’s Champion
A former gymnast, Kelani Jordan brings a unique athletic dimension to women’s wrestling. Her cartwheels into offence and aerial combinations look genuinely different from the standard WWE playbook. As a former NXT Women’s Champion, she already has the credibility to carry a main-roster programme. Jordan is arguably more physically spectacular than she is experienced — which makes her a project that could pay off enormously with the right programme.
Signature Move
Split-Legged Moonsault
Background
NCAA Gymnast
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: Raw 2026 — babyface role in women’s mid-card, potential tag partner
Sol Ruca
NXT Superstar
Sol Ruca has a move nobody else has. The Sol Snatcher — a running handspring cutter off the ropes — is the most innovative finishing move debuted in NXT in years. Ruca is a former college volleyball and basketball athlete whose natural coordination allows her to execute moves that other wrestlers physically cannot. Character development is the next frontier, but the athleticism is already there to make a noise on the main roster.
Signature Move
Sol Snatcher
Background
College Athlete
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: SmackDown 2027 — needs more character work before main roster
Tony D’Angelo
The Don of NXT
Tony D’Angelo is the best character on the NXT roster. His Italian mob family gimmick — complete with fish-wrapped weapons, capos, and a deeply committed promo style — is one of the most entertaining acts in WWE. As the leader of the D’Angelo Family faction, he controls NXT’s mid-card with charisma and genuine menace. His in-ring work has improved steadily, and the character is ready for the big stage.
Signature Move
Fisherman DDT
Character
Italian Mob Boss
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: SmackDown 2026 — mid-card heel, could become a main-event act with the right rival
Wren Sinclair
NXT Superstar
Wren Sinclair has developed one of the most consistent and believable heel characters in NXT. Her entitled, condescending persona connects with audiences instantly — they genuinely dislike her, which is the highest compliment a heel can receive. Her psychology in matches has been noted by veterans backstage, and her ability to make opponents look good while still performing convincingly as the villain is a rare skill at her career stage.
Signature Move
Single-leg Crab
Character
Entitled Heel
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: Raw 2027 — potential Women’s Championship storyline material
Ethan Page
NXT Champion / Challenger
All Ego Ethan Page brings legitimate professional wrestling experience to NXT — a veteran of Impact Wrestling and AEW who knows exactly how to make himself the most hated person in any arena. His arrogant, self-aggrandising character works because Page genuinely believes every word he says, and the conviction sells it. As a former AEW star, he adds a cross-promotion dimension to his storylines that NXT’s audience appreciates.
Signature Move
Ego’s Edge (RKO variant)
Background
AEW / Impact veteran
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: SmackDown 2026 — ready now, mid-card heel, US title contender
Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson
NXT Women’s Tag Champions
The NXT Women’s Tag Champions have dominated their division with a combination of physical dominance (Lash at 6’1”) and ring generalship (Jakara). Lash Legend is one of the most physically imposing women in wrestling history, and as her technique has improved her ceiling has risen dramatically. Together they form a formidable unit that could transition directly into the main-roster Women’s Tag picture.
Lash’s Move
Spinning Spinebuster
Tag Style
Power + Agility
Breakout Potential
Call-up prediction: Raw 2026 — challenge Jade & Bianca for Women’s Tag Championships

NXT Alumni Who Made It — Class of 2025/26
Recent NXT call-ups who have delivered on their potential on the main roster.
Bron Breakker
Intercontinental Champion — Raw
The son of Rick Steiner has become one of Raw’s most dominant physical specimens. His Steiner Recliner submission and spear have become calling cards, and his IC title reign has given him the consistent TV time needed to develop his character further.
Ivar & Erik (Viking Raiders)
Undisputed Tag Title contenders — Raw
Former NXT Tag Champions who were called up during the original NXT black-and-gold era. Their power-based style has remained relevant across multiple roster shakeups, and they remain one of WWE’s most credible tag teams.
Carmelo Hayes
SmackDown — Mid-card
The self-proclaimed HIM made a smooth transition to SmackDown after multiple NXT title reigns. His confidence and mic work have translated well to the main roster, where he has been building toward a first singles title opportunity.
Noam Dar (via NXT UK/NXT Europe)
Raw — Nova Scroll champion
The NXT Heritage Cup champion emerged from NXT UK as one of its most polished performers. His character work — the Nova Scroll championship belt he created and defends — is some of the most creative comedy-heel material in WWE today.
Ivy Nile
Raw — Women’s division
Part of the Diamond Mine stable, Nile’s MMA and gymnastics background gave her a legitimately unique moveset. Her technical submissions and agility stand out in the women’s division, and she continues to develop her character week by week.
Tiffany Stratton
SmackDown — Women’s Champion
Perhaps the best recent NXT call-up story. Stratton’s gymnastics background and natural charisma made her feel main-roster ready from day one. Her Women’s Championship reign on SmackDown has confirmed what NXT audiences always knew.
The NXT Europe Pipeline
NXT Europe — launched as the successor to NXT UK — has become a legitimate talent development ground with its own distinct identity. Based in the UK, it draws from British wrestling’s deep indie scene as well as European talents from Germany, France, and Spain.
Talents like Wolfgang, Mark Coffey, and Noam Dar came through NXT UK and have found varying levels of success on the main roster. NXT Europe’s current crop includes technically sound grapplers who offer a different style to what Performance Center trainees typically bring.
