Injury updates
We did have a scoop today from Cory Brennan on Elio LeFleur; there was a rough house show, but it sounded like there were a couple injuries and Lexus King I don't think is seriously injured, thank goodness, but Elio LeFleur was walking around in a sling.
Sol Ruka main roster call-up
I hope they don't do the wrong thing and have Sol Ruka win and then stick around NXT for five more months because they don't have plans for her on the main roster right now.
NXT tag team tournament
If you told me that we were going to get the return to NXT of Tyler Bate and Pete Dunn and they were going to win a tournament to become the number one contenders... I would say there's no possible way that I wouldn't enjoy that. And yet this company found a way to book it so that I won't enjoy it.
NXT booking/injuries
You will never convince me that the plan was not for firstly Shawn Legacy and Eli Knight to win this tournament, and then Elio LeFleur and Eli Knight to win this tournament, and they were like, 'Sorry, Eli Knight, we're all out of flippy guys.'
WWE tag team division
It used to be that you could actually use the tag team division to get guys over, not push guys under, which is what they have done with Fraxium since they've been called up a year ago.
Mike Santana/OTM storyline
They're going to be OTM and he [Mike Santana] also needs to lock the door... it was nice of him to film this in his hotel room wherever he is and send it in.
Johnny Gargano/NXT return
I'm pretty sure Champa was like, had just left the company or was still technically there when he did that, and they've been running this bit on SmackDown for weeks now and tonight was where they kind of paid it off.
NXT booking criticism
How many times has HBK booked the 'I got pushed over on top of a guy while unconscious to pin him'? Too many is the answer. If the answer is twice, it's too many.
NXT storyline mystery
I'm concerned once the itch is scratched, I'm worried that there's another thing that makes the fog like Cody. I'm worried that this is the foggy-verse that we're just never going to find out what's actually behind the fog.
