Kazusada Higuchi retirement
Unfortunately, Kazusada Higuchi of DDT is retiring. He was in for a medical checkup in January and his neck is just in bad, bad shape to the point where he is retiring with a ceremony but no final match.
I think it's a loss for wrestling as a whole. I think it's more of a loss for wrestling as a whole than it is for DDT itself.
Tetsuya Naito character direction
My hot take is Tetsuya Naito should turn heel. Naito should lean way heavier into being an asshole and it's not tongue-in-cheek; it's actually just in a hateable way.
NJPW recruitment
It was announced that New Japan seems to be looking for juniors, including Dragon Dia and also Ryoma Tsukamoto.
Maple Leaf Pro
It was announced that the first Maple Leaf Pro tag team champions are going to be crowned in a four-way tag team match: Bryce Hansen and Sheldon Jean versus The Gates of Agony versus The Good Brothers versus Kaito Kiyomiya and Bishop Dyer.
Ren Ayabe/Talos NWA appearance
Ren Ayabe and Talos are going to be participating in the Crockett Cup. He's coming to America.
AJPW Triple Crown
I think it's just a matter of time before Go Shiozaki wins the Triple Crown and starts a feud with Suwama.
AJPW Dojo
Hokuto Omori has taken over Dojo training, and it sounds like more than just Genki Hanawa is reporting to the Dojo in April.
DDT booking
I think it's a solid prediction that Cannon wins the KOD title in the next three years. I don't think he's winning it this year, but with DDT, you don't have to be like, 'Is this guy going to be champion in five years?' He probably will be.
AJPW roster analysis
I think it's pretty safe to say that June Saito is going to be a bit more of the standout of the team essentially compared to Ray Saito.
