The official on sale was last Friday... The first estimate on Friday was 19,883 tickets distributed for the August 30th event at Wembley Stadium. This is their third time running at the stadium. The last time in 2024 the first estimate was 33,000. So a difference of about 41% from the last time.

The core of the [Muhammad Ali Revival Act] bill is that it is going to allow boxing promoters to work outside of the existing Muhammad Ali Act and would create them under the label of a unified boxing organization or a UBO... think of this as something closer to the UFC model.

Live Nation/Ticketmaster antitrust settlement
The Justice Department and Live Nation announced a tentative agreement that would allow the company to avoid a breakup. The deal did not include venue divestitures but the company agreed to divest 13 exclusive booking agreements with amphitheaters.
Muhammad Ali Revival Act legislative status
The bill will now go to the Senate floor. It's going to be sent to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. The head of that committee, Ted Cruz.
Nielsen ratings methodology
The Nielsen gauge report did not come out. The Wall Street Journal reports that streaming TV's ascendance over broadcasting cable isn't as complete as it seemed... They put a pause on it for this month.

Netflix price increase
The standard plan with ads has now gone up a dollar to $8.99 a month. The standard plan with no ads is rising by $2 from $17.99 a month to $19.99. And the premium plan... is also going up $2 from $24.99 to $26.99.
