She gets a text at 4:29 p.m. on December 17th, 2021: 'Hi, this is Polish Joe' with a kiss emoji. I momentarily froze in confusion before Vince texted me at 4:30 p.m. that Brock (Polish Joe) is going to text you in a few minutes.
Arbitration clause
I do not recall agreeing to arbitrate. I do not recall discussing it with either Vince or my attorney. I do not recall reviewing it. I do not recall either McDivitt or my attorney making revisions to it.

Vince said paperwork will go to K&L Gates, Jerry McDivitt's law firm, where it will be put into a dusty drawer along with 'the others.'

It's my professional and expert opinion, to a reasonable degree of psychological certainty, that Ms. Grant's description and allegations of abuse by defendant Vince McMahon throughout their three-year relationship are consistent with a pattern of severe coercive control.
